At Karnavati Woven Sacks Industries, our commitment to environmental responsibility is ingrained in every aspect of our operations. We recognize the pivotal role that energy consumption plays in shaping our ecological footprint. In line with our dedication to sustainable practices, we have strategically integrated solar power alongside conventional sources, creating a harmonious balance that prioritizes both efficiency and environmental consciousness.

Power Consumption:

Our facility operates with a total power consumption of 275 kilowatts. This power is efficiently utilized across various stages of our manufacturing processes, from the tape plant and circular looms to printing machines and bag stitching units. We continually strive to optimize our energy usage to enhance efficiency and minimize our carbon footprint.

Solar Power:

As a forward-thinking company, we recognize the importance of harnessing clean and renewable energy. To this end, we have integrated solar power into our energy mix. A significant portion of our energy needs, specifically 140 kilowatts, is met through solar power. This eco-friendly initiative not only aligns with our commitment to sustainable practices but also contributes to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions.
